🏙️New Murabba – the New Center of the World

New Murabba is a revolutionary urban project under construction in the northwestern part of Riyadh – announced in February 2023 by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman as the largest modern urban center in the world.

The project’s main features:

• The 400-meter “Mukaab”-a cubic skyscraper and icon of the city, with a modern interior in an immersive metaverse style,
• Saudi Arabia’s first smart climate-controlled district with sustainable development,
• More than 25% of the area devoted to green spaces, integration with natural wadi and local flora,
• Modern urban planning systems based on AI, ML and open data to optimize quality of life for residents,
• New Murabba Stadium-a futuristic stadium for 45,000 spectators inspired by the shape of an acacia tree, combining tradition and modernity.

The city focuses on:

🌊Jeddah Central – the New Icon of the Coast

Jeddah Central is a $20 billion megaproject located in the heart of historic Jeddah, being developed by the Jeddah Central Development Company (a PIF company).

The project’s main features:

• An area of 5.7 square kilometers – a modern urban center on the Red Sea,
• Phased development – first phase by 2027,
• More than 17,000 residential units and 2,700 hotel rooms upon completion,
• Premium infrastructure: marina, cultural centers, retail spaces, green spaces,
• 25,000 new jobs and a contribution of $12.5 billion to Saudi Arabia’s GDP by 2030.

The project is part of a strategy to diversify the Saudi economy and change the nature of the Jeddah coast – from an industrial to a premium tourist and cultural center.

On the outskirts of Riyadh, the Qiddiya megacomplex is being built – a modern city of entertainment, sports and culture that is expected to attract millions of visitors a year. The project includes the construction of:

• Six Flags Qiddiya – the largest amusement park in the Middle East, with the record-breaking Falcon’s Flight roller coaster – the fastest, tallest and longest in the world.
• Qiddiya Speed Park-an FIA Grade 1 racetrack, prepared to host F1 Grand Prix. An innovative feature is The Blade-the world’s first suspended section of the track, 70 meters high.
• Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium-an ultra-modern facility with a capacity of 46,000 spectators, located 200 meters above desert level. The stadium will be one of the main venues for the 2034 FIFA World Cup.
• The world’s first Dragon Ball theme park – more than 30 attractions, including a huge statue of Shenron, which will include a rollercoaster.

One of the world’s most groundbreaking tourism destinations, The Red Sea, is being developed on the west coast of Saudi Arabia. The project is based on the idea of regenerative tourism, sustainable development and protection of the marine ecosystem.

Phase I includes:

• 16 luxury resorts (including 5 already open in 2024)
• 3 islands, 2 land locations, totaling about 3,000 rooms
